ABOUT HER

Barbara Quintana-Horvath is a Montreal-based photographer, floral designer and creative.

​

Born in 1996 and raised in Longueuil, Quebec, Barbara has always been drawn to creativity, movement and adventure. After graduating in floristry in 2015, she became an entrepreneur at just 18 years old, launching Les Fleurs B, her own floral and event business specializing in weddings and private events.

​

She later expanded her creative background by earning an AEC in Graphic Design from Collège Salette in 2019. Along the way, her love of travel took her around the world, from Costa Rica and Portugal to India and Bali, where she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training.

​

Photography gradually became another way for Barbara to tell stories. Her early work focused on maternity and newborn photography, wellness projects and yoga retreats before evolving toward events, lifestyle, travel and dance photography.

​

After spending nearly a year as a flight attendant in 2023, she pursued another lifelong dream and began pilot training — another chapter shaped by her curiosity and desire to see the world from a different perspective.

​

In 2025, photography became a much larger part of her professional life. Since then, Barbara has photographed events and dance festivals in Canada and internationally, capturing movement, connection and the spontaneous moments that make every experience unique.

​

Today, all of these creative paths come together under Studio B — a multidisciplinary creative studio where photography, floral design and graphic design meet.

​

More than a photography studio, Studio B represents Barbara’s vision of bringing her different passions together under one identity. From capturing meaningful moments, to creating with flowers, to developing visual concepts and designs, each project is approached with the same intention: to create something beautiful, personal and memorable.
